Chana Masala

Description

Chana Masala is an Indian curry made with chickpeas cooked in a smooth gravy of onions and tomatoes spiced with a blend of authentic Indian spices to give a flavorful aromatic dish that goes well with Rice and any kind of Indian bread.

Ingredients

Water, Chickpeas, Crushed Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Salt), Onion, Black Tea Extract, Canola Oil, Spices (Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cinamon, Cloves, Coriander, Cumin, Pomegranate Seed, Red Chili, Turmeric), Ginger, Cultured Dextrose, Lemon Juice, Salt, Garlic, Baking Soda.

Heating Instructions

Microwave: Transfer desired portion or entire content into a Microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for 2-4 minutes or until piping hot. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.

Stovetop: Transfer desired portion or entire content into a non-stick sauce pan. Cover and cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until hot. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Rajma

Description

Rajma is an Indian curry made with red kidney beans soaked overnight and cooked in a gravy and spiced with aromatic Indian spices. Rajma goes well with rice.

Water, Red Kidney Bean, Crushed Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Salt), Onion, Canola Oil, Ginger, Spices (Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cinamon, Cloves, Coriander, Cumin Seed, Raw Mango Powder, Red Chili, Turmeric), Salt, Cultured Dextrose, Lemon Juice, Garlic.
